Mocktails and Memories
Who knew a little juice, soda, and fruit could turn into one of our favorite family memories? One day at Arrowhead Pass, we decided to hold a Fancy Family Mocktail Competition—and it quickly became unforgettable.
Everyone got in on the fun. Teams formed, experimenting with sparkling water and fruit, and someone even brought out coconut and lime for garnish. The creations ranged from bright colorful layers to mystery flavors you had to be brave to try.
The best part? The names: “Golden Wave,” “Fusionlicious Fizz,” and “Mango Twist” to name a few. They still get laughs every time we talk about them.
In the end, it wasn’t about who “won” (though we did have a rating system based on Presentation, Taste, Smell, and Mouthfeel)—it was about the teamwork, the wild ideas, and the joy of raising a glass together. These are the kinds of moments no one forgets, the ones that get retold again and again.
