THE LODGE

The Arrowhead Pass Lodge is a 7,950 square foot building with 3,760 square feet of air conditioned living space. The Lodge is 28 feet tall to accommodate a massive Great Room and an indoor basketball court.

Four Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. On the ground floor the large private master bedroom is complete with a large pine log bed and private attached bathroom. There is another bedroom off of the kitchenette with a private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located up the timber staircase next to the loft.

Four Bathrooms

Two bathrooms are connected directly to bedrooms. There is a “public” bathroom at the bottom of the timber staircase. All three ground floor bathrooms have walk-in showers made from Indian imported slate tile on the walls and floor. The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity sink with private toilet/shower room attached in order to serve those staying in the upstairs bedrooms.

Two Kitchens

Arrowhead Pass conveniently offers both a kitchen and a kitchenette. The kitchen has a quartz top island with 8 cedar log bar stools that swivel. Also, it has stainless steel appliances (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and the kitchenette also is complete with an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

Numerous Dining areas

The Great Room dining area seats 12 on its commercial-grade hickory limb dining chairs encircling a 7' round table complete with a granite Lazy Susan. The kitchen has a bar counter that seats 6 and the back porch or the timber shelter are great places to have a meal outdoors. Additionally, there is a dining area off of the kitchenette near the spiral fireplace.

Two Fireplaces

In the living area, there is a massive wood-burning fireplace which is a masonry heater. It is handcrafted out of limestone and fieldstone with a bench that visitors can sit on to get warm. In the recreation room, there is a brick fireplace with a unique twisted chimney and a forest mural inviting you into the cozy atmosphere.

Two Porches

At the end of the curvy sidewalk, the large front porch welcomes guests who can sit and relax while listening to the quaking aspen trees. Off of the kitchen is the back porch which has a vaulted knotty pine ceiling. This is a great place to enjoy your breakfast while watching the sun rise.

Two Lofts

The Great Room and the Rec Room each have their own carpeted loft with Douglas fir timber balcony railings. Each has sofa-beds that can sleep more guests and where guests can relax, read a book, or play board games. The Rec Room loft is a great place to watch other guests shoot some hoops also.

Three Heating Options

The entire Lodge’s concrete slab has a state of the art hydronic radiant floor heating system. A water boiler system circulates hot water through tubes embedded into the concrete floor. In addition, the living area also is heated and air-conditioned by two furnaces. You can always start a fire in the fireplace too on a cold, snowy evening!

Rustic Construction

Knotty Alder doors, Douglas fir timber staircases, black industrial steel hardware construction, imported Indian slate on the floor and shower walls, limestone, hickory cabinets, commercial grade hickory limb dining chairs, knotty pine and cedar log furniture, leather sofas, quartz stone window sills, and professionally stained concrete basketball court. The arrowheads embedded into the shower walls, fireplace, and concrete floor are handmade by real Gujarati Indians!

Basketball Court

In the Recreation Room in the Lodge, there is a half court basketball area with a commercial grade basketball hoop.

Accessible

Arrowhead Pass was built with the specially-abled in mind. There are no steps from the concrete parking area to the inside of the Lodge. Throughout the Lodge are wide doors and level floors. The large master bedroom has an attached bathroom complete with many ADA compliant features.
