Is there enough room?

Arrowhead Pass offers various sleeping spaces, Technically it sleeps 18 people on beds. But people have brought sleeping bags, tents for the beach, or even an Rv/Camper for more people. There is a 30 amp electrical hook-up for a Camper/Rv!

Have fun and recharge with your loved ones! We will keep in touch and provide you with all the information, including the suggested donation and check-in/check-out times.


Example Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

  • Arrive at the lodge and settle into your accommodations, becoming familiar with all of the amenities.
  • Welcome all family members with a casual gathering in the lodge’s common area or outdoor patio. Serve light refreshments and snacks while everyone gets acquainted and catches up.
  • In the evening, have a relaxed family dinner cooked on the BBQ grill and eat outside under the pavilion and around the firepit.

Day 2: Outdoor Adventures

  • Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge.
  • Plan outdoor activities suitable for the grandkids, such as hiking on the trails, fishing, swimming, kayaking, tubing, cornhole, or spike ball.
  • Have an outside picnic while the kids play in the water.
  • In the evening, gather around the campfire at the lodge for s’mores and storytelling, creating cherished memories together. After the kids go to bed, relax in the hot tub while stargazing.

Day 3: Relaxation and Bonding

  • Today is dedicated to relaxation and quality time with family.
  • Start with a leisurely breakfast followed by some free time for family members to explore the lodge’s amenities, such as the lofts with games or the Rec Room with basketball and pickleball.
  • Organize family-friendly games and activities, such as scavenger hunts, board games, or a friendly sports tournament.
  • For lunch, have a barbecue or picnic outdoors, enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
  • In the afternoon, consider arranging a family photo session to capture precious moments together.
  • In the evening, have a themed dinner party at the lodge, where each family member contributes a dish representing their heritage or favorite cuisine.

Day 4: Departure & Farewell

  • Enjoy a final breakfast together at the lodge, sharing stories and laughter.
  • Help each family member pack up and prepare for departure.
  • Before saying goodbye, exchange contact information to stay connected until the next reunion, and get dates planned for the next reunion.
